Delivery Information

Postage Rates

The shipping costs are calculated on a weight basis and correlated with the Royal Mail’s pricing system with only a minimal cost added to cover packaging. We will not enter into any communication or negotiation regarding these costs. You will be made aware of these costs prior to checkout.

Dispatch Times

During the Covid-19 pandemic our usual dispatch times will be extended.  We will dispatch orders in the sequence they were received starting on any orders we were unable to dispatch prior to our closing on March 27th 2020.

We endeavor to hold all our non custom products in stock at all times and aim to have these items posted within 4 working days, however at peak times this may extend to 7 working days. Custom items have their estimated dispatch times indicated in blue text. Customers who have been quoted via email for custom items may expect a dispatch time of 7 working days unless they are blue text items or we have indicated otherwise. We will confirm dispatch of your order via your account if you are registered.

Due to the large range of options available for movement trays, not all sizes and styles are always in stock so there may be a delay in dispatching them although we will still aim to send them out within 7 working days.

Orders to the UK will be sent by Royal Mail and International orders will be dispatched by Airmail Small Packets. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the complete weight of your order. For considerably large or heavy orders we may consider alternative arrangements such as courier delivery.

We frank our mail and so only offer Second Class postage for our UK customers as we find franked mail has a delivery time in line with First Class post.

Non Delivery

Due to the disruption with the mail services during Covid-19 parcels can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered for domestic and longer for international, hence we ask you to remain patient and allow additional time for delivery before contacting us to advise of a missed parcel.

Occasionally parcels do go astray in the postal system. These are outwith our control and although we understand that this can be frustrating a parcel must be missing for four weeks from dispatch in the U.K. and eight weeks for International parcels before we contact Royal Mail. We ask that our customers wait this length of time before contacting us. We will then be able to dispatch replacements without question.


In the unlikely event that you change your mind then you can return your items within 14 days, in its original packing and in unused condition for a refund (excluding shipping). If you have a problem with an item purchased then contact us and we will do our utmost to solve any issues to your satisfaction.

PLEASE NOTE – Due to the nature of certain custom items such as tokens, movement trays, bases, gaming aids and buildings, unless there is a fault or error on our part, no refunds will be offered for these products and they are excluded from the above returns promise.
