Postage Rates

The shipping costs are calculated on a weight basis, parcels up to 2kg are correlated with the Royal Mail’s pricing system with only a minimal cost added to cover packaging. We will not enter into any communication or negotiation regarding these costs. You will be made aware of these costs prior to checkout.

Dispatch Times

To retain working space within our production units we do not hold stock of many items and produce approximately 95% of the items on our website to order. We endeavor to post most orders the next working day, however this is sometimes not possible and at peak times we aim to dispatch within 5 working days. Custom items have their estimated dispatch times indicated in blue text. Customers who have been quoted via email for custom items may expect a dispatch time of 7 – 10 working days unless they have been indicated otherwise. We will confirm dispatch of your order via your account if you are registered.

Orders to the UK will be sent by the customer’s choice of Royal Mail (un-tracked, 2kg limit), Royal Mail 48 (arrival aim 48 hours AFTER dispatch), Royal Mail 48 Tracked (arrival aim 48 hours AFTER dispatch). International orders will be dispatched by customer choice of Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets (un-tracked up to 2kg limit) or courier (tracking provided). Our shipping rates are calculated based on the complete weight of your order.

Please note, our working days are Monday – Friday and we do not dispatch orders over a weekend. On the occasions that Warbases are attending a wargaming show at a weekend (Show Diary) there will be no ordes dispatched on the Friday before and these orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Non Delivery

Occasionally parcels do go astray in the postal system. These are outside our control and although we understand that this can be frustrating a parcel must be missing for 14 days from dispatch in the U.K. and four weeks for International parcels before we contact Royal Mail. We ask that our customers wait this length of time before contacting us. We will then be able to dispatch replacements without question.

Non delivery must be notified to our customer services within 4 weeks of dispatch for UK and 8 weeks of dispatch for International.
