Description
This 28mm scale kit is inspired by the D-Day landings in Northern France. We believe that this Research indicates that this standard pattern of Railway Station existed along the length of the narrow gauge railways that linked many of the towns and villages in Normandy. It is believed that the only surviving example is at Varaville (A suburb of Cabourg) where it now serves as a tourist information centre. Our expert source believes that this station was still present at Benouville on the morning of 6th June, when the landings began.
The kit measures 204mm long, 93mm wide and 122mm high at the most extreme points.

This is awesome. You can see the end of this building in this video from 11 June 1944 at 0:55 seconds in Benouville confirming its presence on D-Day . Here is another post card of it: http://www.cparama.com/forum/benouville-t21043.html
Its great to see another Pegasus Bridge related model available. I would love to see some of the other Benouville buildings like the 1909 building.
