Returns

If you have a problem with an item purchased then contact us and we will do our utmost to solve any issues to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you decide to return an item you can do this within 30 days, in its original packing and in unused condition for a refund (excluding P&P). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE – Due to the nature of certain CUSTOM ITEMS such as tokens, gaming aids and buildings on our website or any other items purchased from a quote, unless there is a fault or error on our part, no refunds will be offered for these products and they are excluded from the above returns promise.

To complete your return, we require either a copy of your delivery note that was supplied with your order or a letter supplying your full name, address, your order number and a list of contents and this should be included with your returns.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm that the refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment and can take a few days to show in the account depending on the bank, card issuer etc. If there are missing items from those that we have been notified should be in the return we will contact you and a refund will be processed for only the goods received. Please note we can not keep credits on account for returned goods.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to discuss an item you require exchanged please contact us at: [email protected] providing the order number and details of what is wrong with the item.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Warbases, 86b Main Street, Cairneyhill, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 8QU.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it is your decision if you send your returns by a tracked service. Postage costs are non-refundable with the exception of prior emailed consent when we have accepted responsibility for an error and this is limited to a second class, untracked postage rate.
